  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies).

Delivery/Shipment Policy

  • How much each shipping will cost the customer?

Please note that our standard shipping cost is $15 / Kg to countries  within East Africa, $35 to others locations in Africa. Shipping cost may vary depending on promotions. 

  • How long each shipping will typically take?

Items are to be delivered  in our Sales Points within approximately 24 hours in Dubai, and within 3 to  5 working days to all other countries. Please note that shipments to international may take up to 21 working days. 

  • How long the handling time will be between when an order is placed and when it gets shipped?

Handling Time will be between 24 to 48 hours and may take up to 5 working days for orders made through Alshafaqah Electronics Sales Point.
